Nexlo LLC ("Nexlo," "Company," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you access or use our web-based loyalty platform (the "Platform").

This Policy applies to customers, merchants, and visitors. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Platform.

2. Information We Collect

Information You Provide

We may collect:

  • Email address

Merchants may provide: Business contact information, Billing details (processed through Stripe). We do not collect payment card details directly.

Wallet Integration Data

When you add a loyalty pass to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, we may process: Pass identifiers, Device identifiers, Pass update status information. This information is used solely to maintain and update your loyalty pass.

Push Notification Data

If you enable push notifications, we may collect and store: Device tokens, Browser push subscription identifiers, Notification engagement data. These identifiers allow us to send notifications to your device. You may disable notifications at any time via your device or browser settings.

Geolocation Data

If you enable location-based features, we may process: Real-time location data, Proximity triggers (e.g., when near a participating merchant). We do not sell precise geolocation data. Location data is used to trigger loyalty offers and improve program effectiveness. You may disable location permissions in your device or browser settings.

Usage and Analytics Data

We automatically collect certain technical information, such as: IP address, Browser type, Device type, Pages visited, Interaction timestamps, Referral URLs. We may use analytics tools to understand: Visit frequency, Loyalty engagement, Offer redemption trends, Repeat visit behavior. Merchants receive aggregated performance insights and analytics dashboards. We do not share customer email addresses or names with merchants.

3. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

  • Operate and maintain the Platform
  • Provide loyalty tracking services
  • Enable wallet pass functionality
  • Deliver push notifications
  • Provide geolocation-based offers
  • Generate aggregated analytics for merchants
  • Improve platform performance
  • Prevent fraud and abuse
  • Comply with legal obligations

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information such as names or email addresses. We may share information in the following circumstances:

4.1 With Service Providers

We may share data with trusted third-party providers, including: Stripe (payment processing), Cloud hosting providers, Push notification services, Analytics providers. These providers process data on our behalf.

4.2 With Merchants

Merchants receive aggregated and anonymized analytics insights. We do not share customer names or email addresses with merchants.

4.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose information: To comply with legal obligations, To respond to lawful requests, To protect rights and safety, In connection with a merger or acquisition.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to: Provide services, Comply with legal obligations, Resolve disputes, Enforce agreements. Users may request deletion as described below.

7. Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable security measures, including: Encryption in transit, Secure hosting environments, Access controls, PCI-compliant payment processing via Stripe. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure.

8. Children's Privacy

The Platform is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware of such collection, we will delete the information promptly.

9. International Users

The Platform is intended for use within the United States. If accessed from outside the U.S., you consent to processing in the United States.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Changes will be posted with a revised Effective Date. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updates.
